Leadership Performance Coaching is a process of building an executive’s awareness within a given culture so they can actively choose behaviors and actions that will best serve their objectives. Leadership coaching is for high-potential performers who are new to an organization, transitioning to a more prominent scope role within a current organization or are looking to bring their performance to the next level for continued career success. Coaching engagements include assessing and co-creating a plan of action to reach aspirations and goals. Engagements include an assessment, exploration of areas for modification, solution exploration, and a developmental action plan.

Andrea co-creates with a client an approach to assess the current state and design solutions that increase alignment with an organization’s purpose and strategic direction.
